How reviews work here
One closed job. One request. Their words.
The review system is built into the product, not bolted on:
- A job can't close without its paperwork — photos and documents filed in the member's BABA Vault first.
- Closing sends exactly one review request to the homeowner — automatically, for every job, good or bad.
- Reviews are moderated and published with the member's consent — with the job type and town attached, so a review means something.
- No stars until they're real — an aggregate rating appears only when it's computed from at least five published reviews.
