Homeowner Pass is a program of the Bay Area Business Alliance — the Coastal Bend's alliance of local, independent businesses.
Why an alliance built this
The Alliance's members are the plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, and roofers of the Coastal Bend. Every one of them has taken the call that starts with a homeowner's worst hour — and every one of them has watched a neighbor get burned by a stranger with a search ad and no stake in this community.
The Pass is the Alliance's answer: one number homeowners can trust, a bench that answers to the group, published prices, and a written record of every job. The providers on the bench are local businesses whose names are on their trucks and whose kids go to school with yours. That accountability is the product.
Homeowner Pass is operated by the Alliance and coordinated day to day by the Alliance team. It is a membership business, separate from the Alliance's member network, run under the same roof and the same standard: local businesses, standing behind local work.
